In 2023, Delaney Graham Solicitors acquired the Wills bank of Kennedy & Co. Solicitors, Union Street, Greenock, following their closure.

For previous clients of Kennedy & Co. who prepared a Will with them, these are now stored by Delaney Graham Solicitors within our premises at 196 Bath Street, Glasgow.

Please note, Delaney Graham Solicitors acquired only the fully complete, signed and stored Wills held by Kennedy & Co.  We did not take over existing files, Powers of Attorney, title deeds, paper files, electronic files, or any other documentation previously held by Kennedy & Co.

Will I be notified directly of this change?

Delaney Graham Solicitors have been working through the Wills, and writing out to testators. Owing to the volume, this process will take some time. If your address has changed since your Will was written and you do not have a current mail redirection in place, then this letter may not reach you.

If you have not yet received a letter and are worried as to the whereabouts of your Will, please do contact us and we will check and confirm the position for you.

Do I need to do anything?

It is not necessary for you to take any specific action in relation to your Will. It will continue to be stored by Delaney Graham Solicitors until such time as it is required.

If you would like to make changes to your Will, please contact our main office and our Private Client team will be happy to assist you.
