Siân Delaney, Partner 

Siân obtained her LLB in Law and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from Strathclyde University. She has worked at several busy conveyancing firms in the west of Scotland since graduating in 2013 and specialises in dealing with the purchase and sale of residential property.  She also has extensive experience in dealing with new build property and shared ownership schemes with a particular focus on assisting First Time Buyers.

When Siân is not running a law firm, she enjoys spending time with her family and has an interest in trying new restaurants or new recipes at home.

Michael Graham, Partner 

Michael is one of the partners of the firm.  Since leaving Glasgow University in 1996, he has been a solicitor for over twenty-seven years.  Following a traineeship in the Shetland Islands, he has practiced conveyancing in various locations throughout central Scotland and in doing so he has amassed a wealth of experience in dealing with all manner of residential property transactions, both urban and rural.

Married for almost twenty five years and the father of a teenage daughter, Michael lives in Lanarkshire and enjoys spending time with his family, travelling to unusual football venues and trying to rekindle his youth at concerts.

Michelle Orchard, Senior Associate

Michelle qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having obtained her LLB at Strathclyde University and her Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh University.

Michelle joined the firm as a Senior Associate in our Conveyancing Department in 2023. As well as her extensive experience in residential conveyancing, Michelle also has a wealth of experience in all matters related to private client work, Wills, Estates and Powers of Attorney.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and walking.

Dianne Kay, Senior Associate  

Dianne qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has over 15 years’ experience in private client work. Returning to working in Glasgow where she trained from 2007-2009, Dianne is delighted to be serving the people of Glasgow (and beyond!), as well as continuing to serve the people of Troon and Ayrshire, where she has been based for the last 13 years.

Dianne is an Affiliate member of STEP (the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and has a particular interest in the administration of deceased’s estates, guiding families through what can be a complex process at a difficult time.

Outside the office, Dianne enjoys yoga, spending time in nature and is a keen hiker and hillwalker, having completed over 120 of Scotland’s munros. She is also a holistic therapist and member of the Complimentary Medical Association.

Ashleigh Dollin, Paralegal  

Ashleigh has a degree in Business Studies and qualified as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in 2017. She has over 6 years of legal experience and enjoys helping clients with the sale and purchase process.

In her spare time Ashleigh enjoys spending time with family, travelling and catching up with friends.

Tricia Donaghy, Paralegal  

Tricia qualified as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in 2008. She has over 17 years of legal experience with a few different firms and enjoys helping clients with all aspects of conveyancing.

Outside the office, Tricia spends time with family and catching up with friends but most of all buying shoes!

Christopher Harris, Trainee Solicitor  

Christopher started in our administrative team in 2024 after finishing his LLB and Diploma at the University of Glasgow. He is now a trainee solicitor.

During his traineeship, Christopher has been gaining experience in our Conveyancing and Private Client Departments. He is always happy to help clients and learn by assisting with other colleagues’ cases in addition to his own.

Out with work, Christopher enjoys reading, socialising with friends and family or relaxing with a film. He also enjoys cooking and playing piano.

Lynn McLeish, Office Manager

Lynn is a qualified Paralegal & SOLAS qualified Legal Cashier and has been the Office Manager at Delaney Graham since the firm’s inception in 2019. She has worked for several city centre firms and has worked with Sian & Michael for over 12 years.

Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, she loves animals (her pets have more Instagram followers than her!). Lynn loves reading, baking, watching grand prix racing and going to the cinema.

Courtney Walker, Paralegal

Courtney joined the firm in 2025 as a Paralegal within the Conveyancing Department. Courtney graduated in 2019 with a BA (Hons) degree in Law and Business and is currently undertaking the Law Society of Scotland Pre-PEAT traineeship, working towards her goal of qualifying as a solicitor.

In her role, Courtney takes pride in supporting clients with a range of residential property matters, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering an efficient and client-focused service.

Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with friends, spending quality time with family, and exploring new destinations.

Naomi Beadsworth, Legal Administrator & Modern Apprentice

Naomi joined our administrative team through the Modern Apprenticeship scheme in 2025 after completing her BA in History at the University of Edinburgh. She enjoys applying her customer service skills learned working in Hospitality to the conveyancing process and aims to continue her career in law within the Delaney Graham team.

In her free time, she is a music enthusiast who presents on local radio and loves going to live shows.
